Dropped my R6

Dropped my R6. When I picked it up I could hear a rattle. I tested everything and all seemed fine, except for a noticeable internal rattle when I shake the body. I did not ever notice this before.
I called Canon technical support and explained what happened and what is going on. They said send in for repair. I spent $80 to courier it to Canon. Canon called me after a week and said everything is perfect and no issues found. I explained the rattle and stated this was normal.
Not trusting Canon I visited my local camera store and asked for an R6 and R5 body. I asked the salesman to shake each body(his eyes opened wide when he heard the rattle) and was able to reproduce the same rattle as my R6
I am upset for a few reasons. Why was I told to send in when they knew about the rattle issues. I am upset paying $80 for shipping but feel better knowing all was fine with my R6. Why is there no mention of the rattle in the product manual
The only positive in sending and having Canon look at the R6 is that was seamless and fast and their correspondence is excellent
i guess I should of better searched the forums better as many topics on this exact issue
cheers
