How is the form factor of the 16mm on a small camera like the m200? Was also looking at the 11-22 for wider shots… 🤔

It all depends on your needs. 11-22mm is stabilized, so it's o.k. for non moving subjects and creating a large DOF in low light. The 16mm isn't stabilized, but it has a large aperture, so it's better for moving subjects in low light, and creating a thinner DOF.

I think the 16mm will give a bit more punch to your images, but it's only 16mm.  The 11-22mm gives you a whole range.  You might use your 22mm f/2.0 less often.
