I had a Q and now have a X100V. The Q is Leica's gateway drug to the M. Skip the depreciation and go straight for the M (M10 or M11 are great). Conversely, buy a second hand Q, try it out and then sell it if you don't like it; they don't lose much value when bought second hand.

The X-T4 and Q are actually far more similar than the Q and X100V. The X100V is significantly smaller than the other two cameras. The Q is not much smaller than the X-T4. Also, the Q, while having a wickedly sharp centre actually has immense distortion around the edges which is corrected by software.

If it were me, I would keep the X-T4 and get the X100V. You get two very different cameras which extends your usability. Then, save up some money and buy a second hand M10 with a Voigtlander 35MM lens (either the F2 Ultron or the amazing F1.2 Nokton).
