I am a Leica M9 user and also owned the X100V for about 6 months. The build quality of the X100V is nowhere near that of Leicas. The X100V is NOT weather-sealed unless you buy a special lens hood/filter kit to attach. I have tested the Q. Just a few comments to maybe consider in your case. The Leica Q is not weather-sealed and many owners report that they have dust issues on the sensor something that necessitates sending the camera to Germany for service. Also, it is also not really a 28 mm focal length. There are numerous reports on the Internet that the actual angle of view is 26 mm or so. A challenge when you want to photograph humans and avoid distortion.

You are correct regarding the dust issues that some users had experienced, And you are also correct about the focal length. I have done 24mm versus the Q/Q2 and found 24 marginally longer around 25/26mm. Why this discrepancy regarding 25 or 26 you might ask? Because it depends on how far you "open up" the distorted areas. On my current Q2 I found almost 51Mpx, an extra 4Mpx over the documented 47Mpx. For landscapes where the extremes are of little consequence, this extra width can be of some use when you don't want to carry a wide and still be able to "zoom" in e.g. to 35mm F2.1 equivalent when using the framelines. Naturally the Q is different regarding the Mpx but the angles and the lens is the same. The Q is wider than the Fuji 18/2 (27mm???)

X-Pro3 + 18/2

Leica Q

Note that there's only a tight spot to stand so although not quite the same angle, I feel that the Q is in fact much wider.
