I would suggest the 23mm 2.0 WR.

The first reason is weight, If you are hiking, every gram/oz counts:

I spent part of summer in Europe and took 3 lenses and 2 bodies. I landed up leaving most of it in hotel rooms for the day. I only carried one body along with a 35mm equivalent lens. This combo being the lightest. I didn’t want to be burdened with a bag weighing a lot more than needed.

The second most important reason is weather sealing. This is necessary to shoot in some inclement weather conditions without being worried about equipment failure.

The third reason is useful aperture for your needs. If you shoot F 4-5.6, optically there would be very little difference between the 1.4 WR and 2.0 WR.

If I had to do this again, I would go for the 23mm 2.0 WR instead. I would save money and weight, while still capturing beautiful images.

This is especially true because I tend to have a more mobile vacations, with considerations of walking, hiking and taking trains or planes between multiple destinations.
