How does the Tokina compare to the two Fuji?

The Viltrox 23/1.4 is a sharp lens wide open in the center, but it needs to be stopped down to become sharp in the corners.

That kills it for me. What's the point of a wide-angle, if not to put interesting things away from the center?

As I mentioned above (somewhere) that's what ended my ownership of the Viltrox, the corners just never did it for me. They are neither sharp nor have any redeeming character like the Fuji 23/35 f1.4.
The vignetting is horrible (in fairness only a problem if you're shooting JPG but worth mentioning) and when you manually correct the corners they don't look any better.

This is where the Tokina is marginally better. Optically, it's the same but it at least has in-camera correction which helps with the vignetting and corner corrections but it still isn't great.

Lately I have actually been experimenting with using my Viltrox 13mm as a general walkabout lens in place of my preferred 23mm and I have to say the results have been pleasantly surprising. It's quite a different shooting experience (especially when 23mm feels like an old pair of shoes) but with those differences aside, the Viltrox produces sharper results - even after cropping to an effective 23mm FL.

All that said, the sharpest 23mm I have in my armoury is the 16-55 by quite a long way - it's a shame it's 'only' f2.8.
