Best camera setting for a small club concert...

Hi to All,

A jazz musician friend of mind invited me to their concert to be held next Saturday in a small venue with typically bad light (let's call it a small Club) where I'd like to make use of my Canon EOS R6 MKI + RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM combo to get the best results. This is the only one lens I have at the moment. What camera settings would you recommend?

I'd like to do the followings:

1. Still photography, probably in H+ mode (20 fps) and later on select the best ones of fast moving musicians during post.

2. Video @1080p. Apart from best video settings I'd also like to get the best out of the audio recorded by the built-in stereo mics.

Looking forward to your tips & tricks. Thanks for your kind suggestions in advance.
