She uses HTP Enhanced, which Canon warns can cause unnatural results (she certainly achieves that, albeit for different reasons). Apparently it's fine in many circumstances. More here:

(Yes, I know you hate the photos because the WB is all wrong (intentionally). Or various other reasons...)

Why did I buy the R6 II again? Lol, at least I got IBIS out of it.
