The SUNWAYFOTO L-Bracket for Canon Eos R7 Arca Swiss Quick Release L Plate is available at Amazon for $49.95

I'm using it for some time. Well made, as usually, but slightly screwed-up. The cutout in the vertical part of the bracket is slightly too narrow – it's wide enough to tilt the screen in all sorts of odd angles, but not enough to simply flip it to the left untilted.

And judging by the pictures the RRS one has the same problem.

I have a similar bracket from SmallRig on my R5. Almost all L-brackets have the same problem. If the cutout were any larger it would not be possible to attach it securely to the tripod when using the camera in portrait orientation.

The only bracket I know of with a design that allows full articulation of the screen is the one from ProMediaGear. I did buy one but I prefer to use the one from SmallRig because while the one from ProMediaGear works very well it is big, and relatively heavy.  It was also much more expensive.  I don't know if it's available for the R7; it might be.
