Bought an M6 Mkii and returned it.

To this day I still feel like it was a mistake.  I bought an M3 22mm and 55-200 with charger and extra battery for $300.  Sold that and it was a HUGE mistake.  The ONLY reason I sold the M6 was because of the viewfinder.  I just want one in the corner, not a removable and/or centrally mounted view finder.

Instead I bought the Sony A7c which is pricier, heavier, less resolution, but otherwise it was the equal to the M6ii and it had the evf permanently mounted in the upper left hand corner.
Why am I writing all of this?  To say that you have a an exceptionally good camera, and I don't think there is anything better on the market for the money.  32MP and you can see the difference.  Excellent video work.  The lenses I had were great.  The 22mm is just like having an X100V but better.  I do miss the built in (easy to bounce flash).  The canon app while not the best is extremely useable.  And the body has a full assortment of modern ports, and doesn't have those dangling strap rings.
It really was the ideal set up for me except that view finder (which when attached is better than the a7c)....
