Canon RF70-200 f/4 vs Canon RF100 f2.8

I've used Canon for decades, switched to Fuji (I now have the xt4) and back to Canon with R6.  I like them both a lot.  I mostly do backyard wildlife and macro.  I'm trying to decide which would be the best investment at the moment between the RF100mm for macro, which would limit the backyard wildlife to 100mm and the RF 70-200 f4, which would be better for the backyard wildlife but can I use it in anyway for limited macro?  I have deer, squirrels, birds etc., that come up to my windows for handouts so I do get some pretty close up shots.  Thanks so very much!

Canon EOS R6
