No longer true, the R7 is loaded with video features and even the R10 is very capable as well.

It is what it is. The only company truly committed to APS-C and to producing interesting, professional lenses for the format is Fuji.

This I agree.

But you still can get away using EF and R lenses for a fraction of the Fuji price.
