Fuji x-t5 basic birds in flight setting

I use a Sony a7riv with 200-400 sony as my main bird setup.  I also use this camera when I know i am going to make extreme enlargements.  I bought the x-t5 as my travel camera and typically make nice 13x19 on my Canon printer.  I kept a 100-400 fuji which use to be my main bird lens and now I want to use it as a back up to the Sony.

Can someone suggest a good basic startup point for BIF with the x-t5 and the 100-400.

I use to get decent results when I had an x-t3 getting more than 50 percent good keepers with sharp eyes.  Should I just use the same settings as the x-t3 or should I incorporate the bird eye detection.

So I would like a basic setup using bird eye detection

thanks
