Hi, thanks and thanks for your response to my question above. While I have no idea of the number of XPro3 sales, this issue rate of circa 5% would seem quite high in my book.

I don't disagree at all, but even so, it's much lower than some Forum posters were implying... the idea seemed to be that everyone would experience this sooner or later, which is certainly still possible, but also far from a sure bet, given these numbers.

Perhaps the 5% were:

Used more heavily

LCD was used more often or more heavily

Used more on a tripod with efforts to press the LCD down further than it easily went.

Suffering from defective materials or deficient manufacture

OR different from the 95% in some other way

Really hard to tell, but even 5% is unacceptable for a quality product.  I wonder what percent of new cars are lemons or suffer from some electrical issue?
