The lens hood for it is the same as the EF-M 18-150 or EF-M 18-55. As a matter of fact any lens hood for the Canon EF-M is mountable on the RF-S lenses. AFAIK

BTW, unrelated question.
I noticed you have both the RF16 and RF24.
Is the RF24 bayonet lens hood mountable on the RF16?
I know it would vignette but not when using it with an APS-C body.

No. The grooves in the 16mm are wider (24mm's slimmer) so despite the same diameter on where the hood can be mounted, it wiggles when mounted on the RF16mm.

The lens hood of the RF50mm f/1.8 fits the 16mm perfectly (and as you already indicated, you'd use it for cropped shots anyway so vignette won't be an issue). This hood btw won't rotate at all (therefore cannot be mounted) on the RF24mm.

A couple of days ago upon checking some pictures I decided it was better to get the RF50f1.8 hood instead. Glad you confirmed it works on the RF16 as well since I have both lenses.
I also ordered the hood for the RF 100-400 and is arriving today, I’m expecting it to be compatible with the RF85 f2
