For 100% something larger than 43" would likely be needed.

Around 50" maybe if 1,5 x 30" is 45". And then it becomes a small TV, could be nice, would likely draw more power.

Some interesting ideas in this thread. I've got a 48" OLED TV I've been using just for streaming video. I'll think about trying some experiments with scaling and viewing distance.

For me it's 175% on a 27 inch 4K monitor.  That makes text the same size as on a 24 inch 1920x1200 sitting next to it (scaled at 100%).
