Canon R7 - Periodic Random Pixels on Saved Images

Thoughts on what might be causing this issue which is seen in the two images below? One is what is shown in Lightroom from the Raw converted to a DNG file. The second is an export JPG from Lightroom which doesn't show this defect.
As seen in Lightroom from the DNG (Converted from the R7 cRAW)
After exported from Lightroom to a JPG.
Thanks.
I would review the native cRAW instead of the DNG; however, I no longer have them. However, if I notice it in the future Ill add cRaw vs DNG vs JPG.
