Look at the Blackmagic Pocket cameras.

Bear in mind that the camera is only one component in the "cinematic" aesthetic, your lighting kit, and post production workflow are larger factors than a hybrid photo/video mirrorless camera vs. a cinema camera.

75% of Act of Valor was shot on a Canon 5D MK II with the stock firmware, and it was the lighting, and post production workflow that allowed it to be cut together with Super 35mm film, and an F950 cinema camera.

When people say "film like" or "cinematic," I think they really just mean large dynamic range so that there aren't blown-out highlights, and a lossless codec so there aren't burnt-in compression artifacts. Is that what you meant by "cinematic"? If not, please explain in detail what you mean by "cinematic."
