Do as I did when I got fed up with Godox and their lack of support and multiple firmware bugs related to Fuji. Change brands of flash!
Morris
What other brand options do you recommend that work flawlessly?
This appears in Morris' equipment list. One might reasonably assume that it works well, though Morris might be able to chime in with a bit more detail and background.
- Nissin i60A Air Flash for Fuji
P.S. My flash is a Nissin i40, and it works like a charm, though I don't use it all that much these days.
Some say that Nissin makes Fuji's flashes. There are models that look the same.

I had those flash guns in the past those things are toys. I’m asking about something more powerful and professional like at least something similar to a Godox AD200. No offense to anyone but those Fujifilm flash guns are a joke.
It sounds like you want more power.
I’ve been using my Cactus flash guns and they are very good, but they went out of business and yes I need a single more powerful and compact product like the Godox AD200.
I will take a look at that Nissin but it has to be as powerful as the Godox and it has to be HSS capable. Thanks for your input Morris 🙏
Nissin MG10 Flash has a guide number of 80 at 200mm. Will that do?
Otherwise, get any brand flash and run it in manual though if your get a Godox flash, every time your camera sleeps, you will have to remember to put the flash in manual after the camera wakes. Just one of the many Godox bugs.
