Most companies don't actually make their own batteries, including the OEM's. They just subcontract the job to an outside manufacturer and then slap their label on the outside of the case. That is not to say that there are not quality differences between batteries. There are differences, but outside of the OEM's, it is pretty difficult to judge based on name alone.

Just buy whatever is cheapest and has reasonably decent reviews. Prices should be around $20 for a 2 pack of batteries with a charger.  Worst case, one of the batteries swells and you are out about $10.  Since none of the LP-E12 powered cameras support USB charging, the odds of the battery swelling inside the camera are nearly zero.  Just dispose of the bad battery and buy another 2-pack. Even if half of the third party batteries were bad, you would still be ahead of buying a single LP-E12 from Canon.
