Merry Christmas everyone!

I am currently using a X100V, however, while the camera is amazing for street and landscape, it does lack when it comes to Portraits. Apart from missing out on background compression, I also have to stand around 20-30 cm away from an object to get a nice booked blue (for portrait).

Therefore, I am currently considering upgrading to either the XH2 with 33mm 1.4 WR, or the XH2 with 56mm 1.2 WR. I am aware that the 56mm is superior for portraits, however am afraid it will have it limits for street photography (due to the zoom and not being able to walk backwards very fast on most occasions). Nevertheless, please correct me when I am wrong.

Can anyone share their experience with the 33mm 1.4 as an all around lens for street and portrait?

I had the 56mm 1.2 and while its bokeh was "magical", it was very impractical. You see, I shoot most my photos/videos at the gym and I had to step way too far back to get my subject in the frame it was so inconvenient. I then returned it after 2 days and got the 33mm 1.4, it has very nice bokeh, not as nice as the 56mm but still very nice BUT it is much more practical as it's not so zoomed in. I still have to take a couple of steps back when shooting but nowhere near as bad as the 56mm. Also, from the reviews that I've watched about this lens, it seems like it's one of the best when it comes to autofocus.
