There is another way, but only for 3 shots, which is much quicker to set up (in my hands anyway), using the exposure bracketing function.  From the info screen press Q, touch the exposure comp rectangle, and turn your aperture dial one click anticlockwise.  This sets the camera to take 3 exposures 1/3 stop apart, which is a negligible difference, at the highest speed (12 fps).  Quick and easy, and if you already know how to do exposure bracketing, obvious.
