Cold won't damage your camera, but getting wet (condensation) certainly can!

After such temperatures, bringing the camera inside to a warm, humid environment will cause condensation.

Ideally, putting the camera in a ziplock plastic bag with as little air in it as possible will solve the problem. At the very least, I'd leave the camera in a closed camera bag until it warms up.
