Lightroom. But you can see it on the lcd screen of the camera.

Yeah. That was a long shot but was just trying to think of something that would be independent of lens and body.

The LCD display uses jpeg and LR uses corrections provided by Canon , do in this case it would be the same. But I was asking in case you by any chance were using other sw that didn't have Canon sanctioned corrections.

The only thing left that has been suggested that sounds like it could be the cause is the front filter. If it's exactly the same filter, it could have an issue with the glass or coating.
