Hello and sorry for the bump. Not sorry actually. This is a good thread and nice content here, and S5 Pro is as current as ever.

I am considering this camera but I have concerns about raw workflow: will my tools (darktable and rawtherapee under Linux) actually understand the S/R pixel structure at all, or will they operate on just one half of the pixels, wasting all of the DR benefit. I can also experiment with HyperUtility but mainly to compare with DT/RT.

I found a total of two raw sample files from old threads and they are not necessarily the best files because I don't know their settings and whatnot. (There has been a plenty of sample raws floating around, but the links have rotted after all these years.)

So my kind ask would be for someone to (re)upload some RAF files that demonstratably have the dynamic range to play with. Something I and other interested parties can compare to.

Send me a private message with your email and which kind of photo would you like to have taken, lens, aperture bla bla bla and I will be glad to send you a .raf file

Best regards
