As I mentioned in a post a few minutes ago, the AF-S 80-400 fine tuning made a real difference.

As did my Sigma 70-200 Sport F mount.

I should note, that all the lenses I have tweak were all telephoto or approaching telephoto lenses, none of the primes needed anything.
