What is your current kit? I'm curious. Your gear profile on dpreview comes up empty.

When I joined DPReview way back when, everyone just typed up their gear list under their profile. When they switched to the current version, I never bothered to fill it out because too much of my gear wasn't in the DPReview database and have never bothered with it since then. For example, the EOS M2 is absent, no Viltrox lenses are in the database, new Samyang lenses are also missing. Those are just some more recent examples. Given all of the omissions, it feels more like a data collection tool for Amazon than any attempt at actually cataloging your personal gear.

Back to your original question.... I sold off the bulk of my Canon gear a while ago but still own a M, M2, M100, 22mm and 15-45mm. My Fuji kit is a X-T3, 14mm f/2.8, 23mm f/1.4, 56mm f/1.2, 16-80mm f/4.0, 50-140mm f/2.8, and 70-300mm f/4-5.6. My X-T2 and 18-55mm f/2.8-4.0 are on long term loan to my niece. I have a bunch of other random old lenses collected over the years that are basically worthless, but I still use a few old AI-S Nikkors on a tilt-shift adapter.

You still have more M cameras than I do.

I don't despise my RF 24-105 F4 L with nano focus and control ring for EC - the telescope zoom is no problem for panning -- it weighs only 700 g and I paid only $899 new for it 3 years ago.

I'm sure I'd love the combination of my RF 24-105 L with the $1499 RF 70-200 F4 L which weighs only 695 g

Most of his gear is only used 10% of the time as he has stated-- his fuji lenses were expensive and all but one of them feels ignored

He never liked the 50 fov focal length, but he has never used our 32 mm f1.4 (50 fov) on a 32.5 mpxl sensor with the cropping power and dxo PL versus his slow to focus older 56 f1.2 on 26.1 mpxl -- I'd take on people photography against his 56 versus our 32 f1.4 on 32.5 mpxl and I like my chances

90% of his photography is with a $1349 50-140 mm lens that weighs 995 grams where he shoots 90% of his photography using all jpg shooting on a 26.1 mpxl sensor and he has stated he has to use gaffer tape to lock down those fuji dials that keep slipping -- yikes!

Well -- for similar money -- I'd challenge him that a setup with my 695 g $899 RF 24-105 F4 L with nano focus shooting RAW or cRAW on a $1499 R7 and using DXO PL6 to process 32.5 mpxl files would trump his fuji setup where he only uses jpg for similar $.

the 140 mm on 26.1 mpxl shooting jpg over the 105 mm on 32.5 mpxl shooting RAW ain't going to be an advantage -- the Canon advantage with continuous autofocus on the eyes and face and the cropping power and use of PL6 will trump his setup.

Just saying, get with the Canon/DXO PL program
