I don't think he can Robin. I'll try to explain though. He was calculating what a good exposure should be, based on the ISO setting and aperture, and he got about .2 seconds, rather than 2 seconds, which is the actual setting Tom used to shoot that photo at ISO 6 with his camera. Ted (xpatUSA) was asking what weridness/trickery is at play, and how the image can not be overexposed, since it was exposed for like ten times longer than it should have been.
