BTW, the R bodies can do Distortion correction ONLY with RF lenses, but CA and Peripheral can be done in video for others brands lenses as long as those have the built-in data.

My EOS R definitely does distortion correction with my original model EF 24-105mm and I've never loaded a lens profile into a camera in my life.

For still yes, for video nope. AFAIK

Can you confirm it works with that EF lens ?

When you turn the dial to video, the distortion correction would be gray out or says data not available, even if is available for stills.

It says distortion correction is not available in video mode. Just shows how often I use video.

Thanks for confirming Sitta, that is what I was expecting according to the Canon R10 user’s manual.

I hope this Tokina 11-20 either has low CA or if it does it could be corrected in camera.

I’ll know this week when it gets delivered.

I can’t wait to test it against my Canon EF-M 11-22 and the EF-S 10-18 !

I have zero expectations about Canon releasing native, wide angle RF-S lenses, let alone with bright aperture. Their loss !
