About the communication at Fuji EU
4

The french subsidiary of Fuji is nearly physically non existent. Most of things are managed by Fuji EU in Germany

I submitted to Fuji EU2 problems

1/- The absence of a downloadable in pdf format  of the french version  XH2s (and xh2) comprehensive 404 pages manual. Given both the complexity of the new camera and its retail price this absence is really in marketing terms a fault

2/-The issue  of the Tamron 18-300mm zoom . The lens worked perfectly on XT3 and XH1 but no longer correctly on the XH2(s) in video mode : as soon as FL exceed 100mm the image is permanently  shiveringn wether OIS is ON or OFF. Clearly some incompatibility appeared with the new models. (Everything fine in stills)

I never received any feedback after my 2 mails.

If you add that quite many tricks and tips are anyway missing in the manual, plus quite often function description difficult to understand to say the least (eg clear explanation of AF settings ...) the conclusion on the present status of Fuji communication overhere is far from brilliant.

May be some Fuji manager will read my text ??

Bob
