Sorry, but images from the link You put, are boring. They all are look more-less the same. It's like holiday trip snapshots spam. No big variety in compositions, post process is like SOOC .jpg (means no editing at all), no creativity in using small DOF, very little play with light and shadows, not to mention that with such amount of very similar pictures, it's almost must to use at least two diffirent focal lengths, to diversify them.

But then… for street it’s common to want fairly straight processing (it’s a close relative of documentary, after all); it’s common to want lots of depth of field (because timing is more important than an isolated subject, and in any case it’s usually important to retain the context of the surroundings—there is a reason why “f/8 and be there” stuck, and why some people prefer small sensors for street); and it’s very common to work with a single focal length (it helps visualise a shot while the scene is constantly changing).

I mean, if you don’t feel a connection with the images then sure, that’s massively subjective. But rationally I don’t think most of your specific objections stack up.

Allright, I do respect Your opinion

Take a look at these gallerys:
https://www.instagram.com/luyi.wang.566/ (this is DPreview forum user btw)
https://www.instagram.com/forrestmankins/
And then compare them to this:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/maudebardet/

Of course, both of those examples are not pure travel photography, but they are more-less documentry type of photography (including some street photos), where basically every shot is diffdifferent in that or another way. Every photo is interesting, creative, every photo is wisely selected to not duplicate much from each other.

Now hopefully You will understand what I was in mind saying that Mrs. Maude Bardet travel journalist photography is copy/paste. Same way of shooting over and over again. Completly lack of variety in anything
