Recently sold my 6D/Sigma 35mm Art; which was my combo 95%+ of the time. The Sigma Art Lens was indeed special.

Replaced that with an RP/RF 35 1.8. The RF 35mm lens is almost special, but not quite as much so. It's close enough and a worthy replacement.

For comparison - the RF 50 1.8 is good, but not special.

I'm picky AF and the RF 35 works for me. If you want to match the Sigma (and keep it native), though, you might consider the RF 50 1.2. The 35 1.8, however, is very close to special. Not quite there, but close enough; with the corresponding price/value making up for any difference.

If you want 35mm and a lens as special as the Sigma it makes more sense to adapt the Sigma than buying the RF 50mm L imo.

45 is more than enough, but 500.000 isn't
