Loading an X3F file from my SD Quattro in SPP 6.8 gives me the monchrome palette, while an X3f file from my SD15 doesn't.

Why would this be?

I know it probably seems weird, but Sigma just added features over time, and normally they did that when they introduced a new camera. The new camera got the new feature support in SPP, but the old cameras just stayed as they were, so they didn't get the new SPP feature support. I guess that's because Sigma didn't want to have to go back through all their cameras, testing new features in SPP with files from every camera every time they added a feature to SPP. I can understand that. I mean they probably decided what their policy should be, and they had no idea how many cameras they might make in the future, so they figured that would be the best/safest way to avoid too much trouble.
