Re: DxO Photolab does not support Canon R6 Mark II....

I have my default custom preset in PL 6.1 set to use DeepPrime. If the ISO is 6400 or higher, I click DeepPrime HD to see if it's better. I find that it often is. I have a Mac Studio (M1 Max chip), and the time to render is not noticeably different from non-HD DeepPrime. If I'm exporting a large batch to .jpg, I'm not sure - haven't measured it. I set it to export and do something else for a few minutes. Also, the Denoising tool includes sliders to adjust factors like smoothing vs. detail.

There is a bug on certain Macs that causes some artifacting (supposedly, haven't seen it) and a magenta tint to the image (which I do see). DXO has stated in their forums that they are working on the issue. In the meantime, there is a workaround that eliminates the issue for me at least. In PL Preferences, the Advanced tab, change DeepPRIME acceleration from Auto or Apple Neural Engine to your GPU - GPU Apple M1 Max in my case - then restart PL.
