I just got refurb m6 mkii it looks brand new no signs of use...shutter count said 0% my friend check on his mac and told me...

my question is it worth spending close to $750 including 15-45mm and ef adapter now that it is getting discontinued. I am casual social media photographer and my wife is the only model and under controlled conditions...

should i wait for m50 mk ii and reduce my cost of ownership...not looking to change camera for next 5-10 years if it lasts...i currently have sl1 and efs24mm and ef40mm

For videos i only use 13pro max which is dedicated camera with its light setup...it is not used a phone but more of video camera/social media posts/video/photo editing that also happens to be a phone

Congrats on the M6II - great camera that you will surely enjoy for years to come. The 15-45 is a good choice -IF- you win the 15-45 lottery (search the forum for more info). The EF adapter is a good idea If you plan to use any EF/ EF-S lenses; however, you may find the available native M lenses will meet your needs. Look closely at the 22, 32, 11-22, and 18-150 - again, searching/reading the forums will be helpful.
