I found the Sennheiser g4's noisy till i replaced the lavs. My business model didn't justify something like lectronic's.  I have several zoom recorders and am happy with the performance. For my use case, while the mixpre's have the rep, i couldn't find a good reason to spend the extra money.  I also  use the Sennheiser G4 buttplug and it's performance has been stellar out of the box. It makes life easy when you need to put a Mic for audience questions somewhere that cables are just impractical.

The a/c powered gear is Shure.  Been very happy with Shure. It's quiet, sounds good. I have run 6 Shure a/c wireless and a sound board for hours on a  Jackery 300 watt power station.  My audio is usually solid from the get go but I still post process all the audio through Izotope
