Page 167 of Epson's online manual still claims the P900 is capable of Gig Ethernet.
Technically, it just lists standards, so maybe sort of skates by having only 100mbps physically. (Supports connecting to a gigabit link, just at 100mb speeds).
I was wondering if it might support Wifi6 and thus mean gigabit speeds are possible via Wifi, but that page does quote a wired standard.
Still, it just has a 100mbps NIC. I've been surprised by the recent lack of support for wired gigabit Ethernet before. A recent Dell laptop only came with 100mbps, but I was getting over 1GB speeds with wifi6 on it.
My experience is that 100mbps is more than enough to run the printer at full speed. I don’t believe it would print any faster with a faster connection.
