The X-T5 is a more complex device with IBIS. It is entirely possible that the body has some kind of issue due to sample variation. On the other hand, it is entirely possible that the OIS/IBIS might not have settled before shutter release, or a lens zooming action has caused the problem, but usually this wouldn't cause consistent back focus.

Cream, please try to document the situations where this is cropping up most. Is it consistent with various lenses? Does it show up usually with the first image taken? Trying to isolate circumstances will help the diagnosis.
