Warranty and dust under the filter official document?

Hi

I got my X-T5 from a Fuji shop last Saturday, pretty nice camera but I had 2 spots out of the box, I tried to blow them away with my Giotto but they didn't bulge

Took my camera to a friend who has a camera repair shop, he said he saw both dusts using his magnifier and used his own JJC blower, he said one of the 2 went away, then he tried again and said the 2nd went away too.

I shot the blue sky at f16 and checked on the small 3'' screen of the camera as he doesn't have a PC in his place, I didn't see the dust, though back at my office I checked the photo again on my PC, one of dust speck moved from the middle to the border, the other one is still at the same place

I asked my friend if it could be that the dust that is not moving is under the filter, he said it's possible because he didn't use the strongest magnifier to see under the filter. Unfortunately his place is a bit far and I wouldn't be able to go there before Saturday.

Meanwhile I called the Fuji shop where I bought the camera and told them what happened, the salesman said perhaps Fujifilm UAE won't accept (we are in Lebanon and we follow Fujifilm UAE regional distributor) because they don't accept to replace a camera for things like dead pixels or stuff that won't let you take photos

So is there any official document from Fujifilm that talks about Warranty and its coverage of dust if they are under the filter?

It would greatly help defend my case
