The Panasonic DC-S5 is a dual conversion gain sensor with base ISOs of 100 and 640 for still photography.

For video they get "boosted" 1, 2, or 2 2/3 stops depending on the choice.
I don't do anything with video but think of these as "effective" ISOs not "real" ones.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by "boosted" when it comes to the video ISO values?
