XT5 AF animal/bird detection constantly overexposed
1

Has anyone else noticed this? Am I missing a setting? Detection mode won't allowed me to control photometry and every shot is clipping some part of my subject. Exposure compensation fixes it but I missed quite a few shots today having to constantly crank is up and down, often by more than 2 full stops. I remember a photometry setting on my older Nikon's that would expose for the brightest highlight so you never clipped. Does Fuji have something like this?

Thanks for any info.
