Canon R10 /initial remark/

(+) positive findings:
+ similar grip and handling to other Canon bodies
+ include advanced functions, which was strictly dedicated to higher end cameras, such as C1, C2 modes, many programable buttons, advanced ISO settings, etc.
+ overall speed of a camera interface is great
+ AF is sophisticated and effective
+ working with EF glass is indeed seamless, as camera makes those better in practical use
+ Digic X significantly improve picture processing in stills and video over older models
+ really 1EV better in high ISO performance over Digic 7 models with "same sensor"
+ 4K HDR PQ video is nicely detailed, and that up to ISO 2000
+ fully usable electronic shutter, as image quality degradation is barely visible, until you push RAW files up to +5EV and heavily magnified /read also (-)/
+ ability to charge and even power the camera via USB-C is just awesome! /read also (-)/
(-) negative findings
- no dedicated PHOTO/VIDEO switch
- slow sensor read up speed in electronic shutter mode 40ms, compared to mechanical 4ms, which may leads to rolling shutter effect, or even distorted fast moving main subject (somehow not a problem when shutter speed is longer as e.g. panning at 1/15sec)
- shock from physical movement of a fully mechanical shutter is really strong, M mirrorlesses was quieter and better dumped, fortunately EFCS is fine
- camera can be charge and powered only with specific power delivery chargers, even those doesn't guarantee that functionality /in my case, Acer Chromebook USB-C charger works/
- unable to erase picture when that is in 100% magnified view, which significantly slowed deleting bunch of pictures
- camera after switching between pictures in 100% view automatically center the frame, (just doesn't remember previous position) which is extremely annoying when you need to check whatever the object posited out of the image center is sharp or not especially at multiple frames in row
- connecting to a smartphone was easier on cameras with NFC
