Dumb question from a new GFX 100s owner
2

First, I just want to say this is the most polite and civil forum on the site.  (Jim I give you a lot of credit for setting the tone!)

I'm sorry to ask a dumb question for my initial post, but I am just not seeing what I am looking for in the manual:  How do I set the image display to NOT simulate the current exposure settings?  In most cases you do want to simulate the current settings and this is one of the great advantages of mirrorless cameras.  However, in the studio using strobe and no ambient light, for instance, the displayed image is likely to be quite dark.

In the Canon menu system you simply disable the Exposure Emulation setting and the camera displays an image that is rendered as if "you had correct ambient exposure settings", so you can easily compose and focus.

I just don't see how to do that.

Thanks for your help,

Confounded
