A7Riv Noise light banding? Maybe?

In a dark environment with a strong light source, I’m getting these hard lines/color shift within the falloff of the light. Does anyone know if this is a fixable issue within the camera’s settings? Or is this just the nature of the high megapixel? Can the low ISO be the cause?Any help is appreciated. I just started using this camera.
