R5 Autofocus settings coming from 5D Mk IV

I often use the 5D mark IV with one-shot autofocus and single point for static subjects using the shutter release for autofocus. To be able to quickly switch to action shots, I customized the AF-On button to AF start, with AF start position set to manually selected AF point, servo, and AF area set to auto selection of autofocus. With this, I can select the subject with a single point and start tracking the subject with servo by pressing the AF-On button.

I would like to do the same with the R5, but I have not found a way to do it when I am using the camera with one-shot autofocus. When customizing the AF-On button, the R5 does not have the option of starting the AF start position to the manually selected AF point. The result is that when pressing the AF-on button, the R5 starts tracking an automatically selected point, different from what I had selected with the single focus point before pressing the AF-on button.

AF menu 5 has settings for the initial servo AF pt for face tracking, but this selection does not seem to have an effect when using the customized AF-on button coming from one-shot focusing.

Can anyone help?
