Cleaning swabs for MFT sensors
3

I had a couple crappy spots on my GH6's sensor. We had an older sensor cleaning kit for APS-C sensors, but all that remained was a bottle of cleaning fluid. So I got a pack of MFT sensor swabs from Amazon for around $17, and they worked out really well -- they fit the sensor nicely. This is the package I bought: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08TBRHZQB

That's 12 swabs for around $17. They do not come with cleaning fluid, so you will need that as well. Here is a link: https://smile.amazon.com/Photographic-Solutions-Eclipse-Cleaning-Solution/dp/B004WBR8C6

The cleaning fluid costs around $16, so it is less than $35 for all the supplies. I recommend that you watch a video about how to do the cleaning before tackling the job. I did it just like I saw in the video... it took me three swabs, but the sensor looks perfect now.

There are lots of bigger sensor swabs out there for APS-C and full-frame sensors, but there are not many MFT swabs. We decided to buy a second pack of swabs just in case they become hard to find.

Happy swabbing!
