As a last resort, one thing you might try after removing the lens is to gently jar the camera on your palm or other soft surface in hopes that the stuck cleaning mechanism will free itself. Again, this would be a last resort before discarding the camera!

Thank you for your sugestion.

For me last resort would be to send camera for repair in usa or europe

Didn't Canon Europe already tell you that your camera could not be repaired, or are you referring to independent repair facilities?

That option is preferable to buy a second hand one. Why? Because I know my camera is in mint state. While another camera I purchase, I have no idea about it had suffered blows, falls, or humidity.

The problem with that plan is any parts utilized to repair your camera are likely used parts salvaged from other broken cameras.

I will have to search option of reputable repair services

I would suggest that you start searching prices on other cameras, used or new.  You could probably upgrade to a used M100 for the cost of repairing your M.  Not only is the M100 a massive performance upgrade over the original M, but it still uses the same batteries that your already have.
