In cañón europe I was informed that support for the camera is finished. No more repairs.

In us Canon support the lady does ask me credit card number and zip code to forward problem to technician.

Since I live outside usa and no PayPal, another door closed.

In my view I am fully entitled to a eos-m camera. I did nothing wrong. I kept camera with great care. Camera had only a few months of use since I usually used a second one.

(that works).

If anyone could give me an e-mail Canon support, it would be appreciated.

If I loose the camera, most likely outcome, people should read this story.

Its a true story.

Lack of repair support is not surprising.  Most countries have laws on how long a product must be supported once out of production.  In the USA, I believe the law is 7 years after production ends.  There are 2 catches with this.  First, the clock starts once the final copy comes off the production line, and not 7 years from when you purchased the item.  Second, the manufacturer needs to make a good faith estimate of what repair parts need to be stocked to allow for 7 years of repair, but unforeseen issues with the design can often mean some repair parts end up unobtainable well before the 7 year time period expires.

The original M was launched in June of 2012.  The replacement M2 was launched December of 2013.  This means we are easily 9 years past the final production run of the original M.

I am sorry your M died, but it is not at all surprising that it is not repairable.

Even though your M was in excellent condition and received very little use, time still takes a toll.  Lubricants dry up, plastics age and become brittle, electronic components develop corrosion from atmospheric moisture.  Sometimes, sitting unused is actually harder on an item than using it regularly.

As others have mentioned, your best option is probably to just purchase another camera.  Used M's are so cheap, another body would almost certainly be less expensive than the cost of repairs.  Maybe take this as an opportunity to upgrade to a newer, better performing body and resell your dead M for parts.
