RAW with HLG/SLOG gamma curve : good or bad idea ?

Since I want to shoot videos in HLG3 with my A6600 and since the profile setting remains the same when I dial video or still modes, I have no choice but letting the HLG3 curve for still modes as well.

However, it appears that the gamma setting of the picture profiles DO affect RAW files (surprising but indeed, RAW files are very different when you change the gamma curve of a picture profile).

The same occurs with SLog or any gamma curve, so let me ask here in the FF forum where more people are likely to face the issue.

I can already see that with HLG3, I loose ISO 100 and that lowest ISO becomes 125. 1/3 stop is not a big deal so this point let apart...

Is it a good or a bad idea to shoot RAW with HLG or SLog gamma curves rather than a regular profile gamma curve (or with profiles OFF) ? Would I loose or improve dynamic range, with either 12 or 14 bits RAW files ?
