AF-C tracking. X-H2S v X-H2 & X-T5

Does the X-H2S actually have better continuous autofocus and fast moving object focus sticking compared to X-H2 and X-T5 or is the main difference that it won’t black out in electronic shutter and can shoot at higher frames per second with less buffer?
Is the focus acquisition and stickiness on X-H2S much better for fast objects (like children, birds or military jets) than the X-H2 or X-T5? I understand the S is for Speed but does this also mean better tracking too not just fps buffer etc?
